EASY COOK LONG GRAIN RICE

Off white coloured grains of long grain rice, which is grown from the plant Oryza Sativa (L). Typically grown in USA, EU, South America, India and Thailand. The rice has been de – husked from the paddy at the point of origin. The rice has been parboiled at origin by soaking, steaming and drying therefore gelatinising the grain. The rice is then milled, graded, polished. when cooked the grain has a soft texture, free flowing consistency.
