PUY TYPE LENTILS

Dark speckled lentils supplied from Canada or otherwise known as Puy type lentils, are a less expensive alternative to Puy lentils from France. The lentils are cleaned at origin but we only supply UK re-cleaned to ensure the product is good quality. Like green lentils, they retain their shape and can be eaten with a variety of different dishes.
